"Everyone involved in the club, ably led by Darren and Lorraine, should be proud of what you have achieved, and continue to achieve at this outstanding youth facility in one of the best areas of the City."
Peter J Field
Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex

"I personally was most impressed by the breadth of activities carried out by Crew Club, particularly the work with young people with disabilities and NEETS. It was heart-warming to see the extent to which your organisation strives to empower and encourage young people who could be excluded in so many ways. I very much look forward to seeing how things progress in the current year"

Christina McQuaid
Youth Music
Regional Executive Officer for the South East, East

"When I was taken by the Brighton Neighbourhood Policing Team, three years ago, to visit the Crew Club I was completely blown away. This Club is a creation of truly outstanding vision, and run by the two kindest and most dedicated human beings I have ever been privileged to meet. I was moved to tears by their motivation in making the Crew Club happen and in continuing to run it. It is a beautiful place - beautiful in design and in execution and in intent. If every city in the UK had a club like this, in a deprived area which gives our nations's children hope and positive encouragement, I believe a major part of the crime that touches and blights all our lives would be ended. It is simply the best and most effective social experiment I have ever encountered."

Peter James (Hons) D.Litt

"I am so pleased to be able to express my support for The Crew Club. It is a wonderful facility for many wonderful deserving people. It is managed by a wonderful team of dedicated workers"
Michael D L Chowen. DL.

Annual Showcase Event

Every year the Crew Club puts on an annual Showcase Event at the Brighton Centre. Each year is packed with young people's performances including dance, kung-fu performance, singing, bands and media footage of young people's achievements.

Every year there are key speakers giving their views on key issues and examples of good practice and success. These have included Simon Antrobus, Chief Superintendent Graham Bartlett and Simon Fanshawe.

Along with the performances young people also receive awards for their achievements, these include the Arts Award, NCFE, and B&H Youth Achievement Awards.

If you would like to attend future events then please let us know: contact@crewclub.co.uk

Numbers each year are limited so book in advance so as not to be disappointed.
