::  feb half term ::

This Half-Term the Crew Club will work in partnership with Hove YMCA and Extratime to provide a holiday scheme for young people with special needs and physical disabilities as part of the Aiming High initiative. The Half-Term scheme will run for five days consisting of film making workshops, music recording sessions, sport and cooking. There will also be trips to the local cinema and bowling alley. Climbing at Stanley Deason Leisure Centre will also be on offer to add to the action packed Half-Term scheme.

Extratime is a registered charity which runs 3 after school clubs and associated holiday playschemes in the city of Brighton and Hove. These clubs and playschemes are fully inclusive, catering for children of 5 - 16 years from both mainstream and special needs schools. The children who come to us have a wide range of special needs; physical, learning and behavioural and we provide one-to-one support to those children who need it.

Sussex Central YMCA helps over 5,000 young people across the City each year

We offer help to many different young people, but especially those who are isolated and struggling through homelessness, exclusion from school, family breakdown, poor mental health or drug and alcohol problems.
